Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges can be made within Seven (7) days from receipt of item, provided that the item is in the same condition as it was received. Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and shall be in its original packaging with labels still attached.

Returns or Exchanges by reason of change of mind is not allowed. Due to hygiene concerns, we will not accept returns and exchanges for innerwear/underwear, swimwear, lingerie or socks. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit right; if you're not satisfied with the fit, you may return/exchange the item subject to the terms and conditions herein stated. TO REDUCE OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT, however, we highly recommend checking the Size Chart of each item for the most accurate fit before placing your order. Items on sale and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customer has the option to either: (1) exchange for an item of the same value or more, subject to availability; or (2) to request for a refund, which will be in the form of store credit to be applied to a future purchase.

Shipping costs for the return and replacement shall be for the customer's account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
​BAMBASICS ECOWEAR reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements.
